With a PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology, Stacy excels at bridging the gap between clinical science and commercial success. Stacy Beske is an accomplished MedTech leader with over 22 years of experience. She has held pivotal roles, including Chief Transformation Officer, VP Business Leader, VP Product Management, VP Integrations, and VP Global Marketing and Business Strategy. Stacy has a track record of leading and implementing successful business strategies that drive top- and bottom-line profitability in businesses with P&Ls ranging from $100 million to over $2.5 billion.


Stacy joins the Philips leadership team as SVP and Business Leader of Image Guided Therapy Devices. She previously worked for Medtronic in various leadership positions across clinical research, program management, product planning, R&D, business strategy, M&A, and global marketing for over 19 years. During her tenure at Medtronic, Stacy was recognized for her clinical and technical leadership and was awarded Medtronic’s highest honor, the Wallin Leadership award, for her commitment to developing talent and mentoring leaders to meet their career goals while delivering outstanding business results.

Stacy has served on the executive leadership team for the American Heart Association Twin Cities Go Red for Women campaign and served as the chair for the 2023 annual event. Stacy also sits on the AHA National Council as the STEM chair focused on promoting STEM education and opportunities in youth.

Prior to her Medtronic career, Stacy was an Associate Professor in theUniversity of Colorado at Boulder Department of Integrative Physiology. Her research focused on autonomic function in cardiovascular disease, obesity, and metabolic syndrome, utilizing a translational research model (bench to bedside/applied). Stacy received her B.S. in exercise physiology, with an emphasis in engineering, from the University of New Mexico, as well as an M.S. in exercise physiology and nutrition and a Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Physiology from Colorado State University.
