Members regularly call as they look for talent. We have a new online job board that 82% of our website visitors view. Our new online job board is more user friendly and the traffic is much higher. We also keep an internal resume database - tell us what you are looking for and we'll search through it. We have recruiters that specialize in this industry as members, and we can connect you to their expertise. You can even advertise your openings in the weekly Medical Alley newsletter.

Events offer development and networking opportunities.
Do you have employees and want to help them grow? Medical Alley produces 50-75 events each year offering professional development, leadership and skills training. We also offer networking opportunities that are an easy way to raise your company's profile.
Don't see the program you need? Tell us! Every program comes from member input. If your staff needs something, odds are good that other companies need it too, and thus Medical Alley can build it out.

It is not always growth. Sometimes companies shrink and employees are let go. We can help. We have a saying at the office - once a member, always a member. We'll connect with the impacted employees and help them network, identify other companies and hopefully find their next role more quickly. This makes their exit less stressful for everyone involved.
