North Memorial Health Care has joined the Medical Alley Association (MAA), building on a trend of providers and payors looking for broader solutions and engagement with the technology community. As a Minnesota health care leader, North Memorial will be an important voice for Medical Alley. North Memorial will be sharing its expertise and seeking the expertise of current Medical Alley members to drive innovation in healthcare. An early adopter of Zipnosis, an MAA member, North Memorial has demonstrated that when it finds valuable solutions, it engages.
North Memorial isn’t only looking for new innovations in Medical Alley; they are innovating as well. With a Level I Comprehensive Service Trauma Center (one of only 4 in MN) and a system of regional hospitals and clinics, North Memorial knows healthcare delivery. This frontline experience in the midst of unparalleled changes in healthcare delivery and patient populations promises to bring additional opportunities for the Medical Alley community to power the evolution of healthcare.
Shaye Mandle, President & CEO of The Medical Alley Association, commented, “Our members have consistently wanted to increase the engagement between the provider community and health technology innovators. For Minnesota’s Medical Alley community to be the key driver of the new healthcare system model around the world, it’s critical to have every dimension of expertise around the table. It is an honor to have North Memorial as a member and I’m looking forward to the leadership of Dr. Croston and the team in shaping our future.”
